$1.3 Million for Dock Improvements in Penobscot Bay

The Maine State Ferry Service terminals which connect the town of Lincolnville and Isleboro Island in Penobscot Bay will get a dock upgrade courtesy of the federal stimulus plan.
The Federal Highway Administration will provide $1.3 million in funding to the Maine Department of Transportation to replace aging and unsafe dock fender systems, according to Congressman Mike Michaud.
