Collins and Snowe Working to Expand Digital TV Into Rural Areas

Maine's Senators Susan Collins and Olympia Snowe are "championing" new legislation called the DTV Cliff Effect Assistance Act, which would help expand digital TV coverage in rural areas, according to a joint statement, available in full below:
