In a few years, veterans in the Lewiston-Auburn area will be served by a new community based outpatient clinic (CBOC). VA Secretary Erik Shinseki has formally approved the plan, according to Maine Congressman Mike Michaud.
“The VA will now post a site advertisement for interested parties in order to proceed with the site selection for the clinic,” said Michaud. “I have been working with the VA to make sure that this project stays on track and gets up and running as soon as possible.
