The 32nd annual L.L. Bean 4th of July 10K promises to pack Freeport. With 1,000 registrants already signed up, online registration has closed. However, it is not too late if you want to participate.
Two hundred runners are allowed to register on race day, so arrive early to make sure you get a slot. The race begins at 7:30 am and registration opens at 6:00 am and costs $20.
If you want to participate but are not up for a 10K, the one-mile Fun Run begins at 9:15 am and costs $5. The proceeds benefit youth programs at the
