I sat down to watch and review the DVD release of The Haunting of Molly Hartley (THOMH) last night as I've been on a horror movie kick recently. But after Friday the 13th and My Bloody Valentine 3D, I honestly wasn't feeling this one.
THOMH is kind of like a "Beginner's Guide to Horror." The movie is rated PG-13 and thus there's not a lot of blood and the scary images aren't too disturbing. It's not a bad movie, as the acting is good and the plot is decent. It's just not going to impress anyone who's seen a lot of horror movies.
