Before Bill O'Reilly was battling America's "secular progressives," he apparently took on Bowser, the archnemesis of Mario.
In this 1988 footage from Inside Edition, Bill O'Reilly introduces a hard-hitting piece on the Super Mario Bros. craze, claiming: "Nintendo is almost the most fun a kid can have!"
O'Reilly, who often preaches against the "liberal media" now, ends the clip by saying "And while we are on the subject of fantasy, our weekly feature, the top five tabloid headlines of the week is next. And you don't want to miss this."
