Carrie Prejean, the California beauty queen who may have lost the crown due to her opposition to gay marriage, has been fired by the Miss USA organization.
Now her lawyer, Charles LiMandri, is claiming that pageant director Keith Lewis plotted Prejean's firing.
Reports E!:
"There was really a lack for trust and a lack of respect," LiMandri says. "He was trying to set her up. Keith Lewis and Shanna Moakler wanted her out, pure and simple. They finally found a way to get their way."
