Maine School Goes through Lock Down Drill

Is America becoming a police state by conditioning its citizens through the school system?
An entire school of elementary and pre-school children in Wiscasset, Maine was locked down in just 28 seconds by local officials from the School Department, the Lincoln County Emergency Management Agency, the Town of Wiscasset, the Wiscasset Police Department and the Maine Emergency Management.
The exercise was supposed to test the school's lock down plan in the event of an emergency situation, according to the Maine Emergency Management Agency.
