Can religious groups lose their nonprofit status for rallying against gay marriage?
Since, I imagine, anyone who has been so much as semi-conscious for the past month has had his or her fill of debates about the propriety of same-sex marriage (the latest round thereof brought about by the results of the et tu, Brute? election-day referendum on California State Proposition 8), here, I can hardly hope to contribute anything to the debate proper that heretofore has remained unremarked.
