With Lindsay Lohan in rehab after a stint in the slammer, assistant Eleonore Lieven has had to keep busy tending the starlet's crazy family.

According to TMZ, Lieven is “miserable,” “super-stressed” and "incredibly worn out" because she has to handle Lohan's mother Dina and her sister Ali. Apparently, that means running endless errands and listening to Dina's idiotic ramblings.

It's hard to feel sorry for Lieven. though. With unemployment hovering at double digits, at least she has a job. And she certainly has a big payday coming, whenever she decides to write the inevitable tell-all book about the Lohan clan.

Lieven better hurry up, before Lindsay officially enters the has-been bin!
