Probably inspired by the judge's decision to find California's anti-gay marriage amendment unconstitutional, Portia de Rossi has decided to take Ellen DeGeneres' last name.

Portia is most famous for her role as Lindsay on FOX's cult TV hit "Arrested Development." Ellen has transitioned from stand-up comic, to sit-com star to talk show queen some say may be the next Oprah.

The couple wed two years ago. Portia de Rossi wants her full name to become Portia Lee James DeGeneres.
