The Northern Forest Canoe Trail (NFCT) and the Maine Island Trail Association (MITA) are hosting the 2nd Annual Paddlers Film Fest on Thursday, June 4 at Jewett Auditorium on the campus of Southern Maine Community College. Doors open at 6:00 p.m. and screenings begin at 7:00 p.m.
Five documentary films on recreational canoeing, kayaking and rafting will cover a range of themes from the protection of wild rivers to sea kayak exploration and riding whitewater down multi-story waterfalls.
